Darauf freust Du Dich Du möchtest den Fahrersitz übernehmen und unseren Kunden im Bereich Kfz-Versicherung den besten Service bieten? Als Teil unseres dynamischen Teams bist du verantwortlich für:

  • Persönlich und Digital: Du stehst unseren Kunden bei allen Fragen rund um die Kfz-Versicherung zur Seite – sei es telefonisch, per E-Mail oder über digitale Kanäle.
  • Kunden werden Fans: Du erstellst individuelle Angebote, bearbeitest Vertragsänderungen, kümmerst dich um die Kfz-Schadenregulierung und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Kunden nicht nur zufrieden, sondern begeistert sind – durch persönlichen Service und individuelle Lösungen.
  • Mitgestaltung: Du bringst neue Ideen ein, machst Vorschläge, wie wir Abläufe noch einfacher und kundenfreundlicher gestalten können und hilfst so aktiv dabei, unseren Kfz-Service weiterzuentwickeln.

Dein Profil

Was Du mitbringst Du bist ein Teamplayer mit Leidenschaft für die Kfz-Versicherung und hast Lust darauf, dein Talent bei uns weiterzuentwickeln und dich proaktiv mit deinen Ideen und Vorschlägen einzubringen? Wir suchen keine Alleskönner, sondern setzen auf Persönlichkeiten, die gemeinsam mit uns etwas bewegen wollen. Das bringst Du mit:

  • Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung im Versicherungs- oder Versicherungsmaklerbereich und/oder ein Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt Versicherung / Finanzen.
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Kfz-Versicherung und ein starkes Interesse an diesem Bereich.
  • Du bist strukturiert, organisiert, hast eine kommunikative Persönlichkeit und Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt.
  • Du begeisterst dich für die Versicherungsbranche, digitale Tools und hast Lust, unsere Prozesse aktiv mitzugestalten.
