IHRE AUFGABEN

  • Überwachung und Sicherstellung der technischen Funktionsfähigkeit der Produktionsanlagen und der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung
  • Koordination, Planung und Durchführung von Prozess- und Anlagenvalidierungen
  • Bewertung, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Produktionsprozesse und Technologien
  • Durchführung von Optimierungsversuchen und Machbarkeitsstudien für neue Produkte und Technologien- intern sowie bei externen Partnern
  • Mitarbeit bei der Automatisierung/Robotik von technischen Anlagen in der Produktion und in der Entwicklung
  • Mitarbeit und Verantwortung bei technischen Entwicklungsprojekten sowie Einführung neuer Technologien
  • Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Produktion, Technik, Instandhaltung und externen Dienstleistern
  • Koordination und Begleitung von Wartungs-, Reparatur- und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen
  • Sicherstellung der technischen Dokumentation und Einhaltung relevanter Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsanforderungen

IHR PROFIL

  • Technische Ausbildung als Techniker/Meister oder abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium der technischen oder chemischen Verfahrenstechnik mit praktischer Erfahrung in der Produktions- und Anlagentechnik
  • Vorkenntnisse im Bereich der Medizintechnik und Produktion von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit gängigen ERP-Systemen
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Prozessvalidierung, Anlagenqualifizierung oder technischer Produktionsbetreuung
  • Kenntnisse in Wartung, Instandhaltung und Optimierung technischer Anlagen
  • Interesse an Technologieentwicklung und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung
  • Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Integrität, Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein durch eigenverantwortliches, umsichtiges Handeln
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Fähigkeit zur Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen
  • Hands-on-Mentalität sowie Freude daran, Dinge aktiv voranzutreiben
  • Sie verfügen über grundlegende MS-Office Kenntnisse
  • Deutsche Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind vorhanden
  • Freundliches und verbindliches Auftreten
