IHRE AUFGABEN

  • Aktualisierung, Überwachung & Lenkung der Dokumente des Qualitätsmanagementsystems gemäß nationaler und internationaler Anforderungen nach MPDG, MDR 2017/745 EU, EN ISO 13485 sowie der FDA-Anforderungen nach 21 CFR Part 820
  • Erstellung, Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von SOPs und Arbeitsanweisungen zur Qualitätssicherung
  • Vorbereitung, Begleitung sowie Nachbereitung von Behördeninspektionen und Zertifizierungs-Audits
  • Planung, Durchführung und Koordination QMS relevanter Prozesse, z.B. Reklamationsbearbeitung, Non-conforming Products, Korrektur- und Vorbeugemaßnahmen,
  • Sammlung und Analyse QM-relevanter Daten (z.B. Kundenumfragen) im Kontext der Überwachung nach dem Inverkehrbringen (PMS)
  • Planung, Koordination & Durchführung von Internen Audits und Lieferantenaudits
  • Planung, Koordination & Durchführung von QM-relevanten Schulungen
  • Endproduktfreigabe
  • Koordination von Lieferantenqualifzierungen und Lieferantenbewertungen
  • Überprüfung und Freigabe von QM-relevanten Marketinginhalten

IHR PROFIL

  • Einem abgeschlossenen naturwissenschaftlichen / (medizin-) technischen Studium oder vergleichbaren Abschluss, möglichst mit Erfahrung im Bereich QM, insbesondere nach EN ISO 13485
  • Vorkenntnisse im Bereich der Medizintechnik von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit gängigen ERP-Systemen, DMS-Systemen und LMS-Systemen von Vorteil
  • Ihre Arbeitsweise ist äußerst gewissenhaft und zuverlässig
  • Eine "Hands-on" Mentalität zeichnet Sie aus und Sie packen gerne an
  • Sie verfügen über vertiefte MS-Office Kenntnisse
  • Sie verfügen über fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Hohem Maß an Eigeninitiative, Selbständigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Organisationsfähigkeit
  • Hohe Verlässlichkeit, Belastbarkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Loyalität sind für Sie selbstverständlich
  • Freundliches und verbindliches Auftreten mit guter Kommunikation
