IHRE AUFGABEN

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des internationalen Medical-Affairs-Teams
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung der globalen Medical-Affairs-Strategie in enger Abstimmung mit Vertrieb, Marketing und R&D
  • Aufbau skalierbarer Strukturen und Prozesse in einem dynamischen internationalen Wachstumsfeld
  • Planung, Koordination und aktive Mitwirkung an wissenschaftlichen Publikationen und klinischen Studien
  • Verantwortung für Design, Analyse, Interpretation und Berichterstattung von Studien- und Zulassungsdokumenten
  • Einführung bestehender Produkte in neue klinische Indikationen mit klarer wissenschaftlicher Positionierung und Differenzierung
  • Planung und Umsetzung klinischer Market-Access-Aktivitäten mit dem Ziel einer positiven Erstattungssituation in Schlüsselmärkten (insb. USA, EU)
  • Generierung, Aufbereitung und strategische Kommunikation wissenschaftlicher Daten zur Unterstützung von Marketing, Vertrieb und Unternehmenskommunikation
  • Konzeption und Durchführung globaler klinischer Schulungs- und Trainingsprogramme für Anwender und Distributoren
  • Aufbau und Pflege nachhaltiger Netzwerke mit Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) weltweit
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit R&D und QM/RA zur Bereitstellung klinischer Expertise

IHR PROFIL

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Medizin oder Naturwissenschaften (z.B. Biologie, Biomedical, Engineering o.ä.) - Promotion von Vorteil
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im US-amerikanischen Gesundheitsmarkt (zwingend erforderlich)
  • Fundierte Erfahrung im Bereich Medical Affairs in der Medizintechnik, idealerweise im chirurgischen oder Wundversorgungsumfeld
  • Nachgewiesene Expertise in der Planung, Durchführung und Auswertung klinischer Studien
  • Belegbare Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer Projekte sowie der parallelen Entwicklung unterschiedlicher Indikationen
  • Ausgeprägte Führungsstärke in der Leitung internationaler, interdisziplinärer Teams
  • Unternehmerisches Denken, hohe Eigenverantwortung und Umsetzungsstärke - auch in einem Start-Up-geprägten Umfeld
  • Exzellente Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten auf Englisch und Deutsch (verhandlungssicher, beide Sprachen zwingend erforderlich)
  • Hohe Reisebereitschaft national und international, insbesondere in die USA
