Computer System Validation Specialist

Status CDI / Pas Consultant

Au sein du département Quality Assurance, le/la Spécialiste en Validation des Systèmes Informatisés fournit une expertise technique et réglementaire sur tous les sujets relatifs à la validation des systèmes informatisés, automatisés et informatiques, conformément aux exigences de la 21 CFR Part 11, de l’Annexe 11 des EudraLex, de la méthodologie GAMP5 basée sur les risques et des exigences d’intégrité des données sur le site de Braine. Son rôle consiste à définir, mettre en œuvre et maintenir une stratégie de validation et de conformité des systèmes informatisés.

Responsabilités principales

1. Organisation

  • Définir, mettre en œuvre et maintenir une stratégie de site pour la validation des systèmes informatisés.
  • Rédiger les protocoles et rapports de validation liés à la validation des systèmes informatisés.
  • Représenter le site de Braine au sein du groupe mondial de conformité IT.
  • Établir, mettre à jour et/ou revoir la documentation GMP (politiques, SOP, plans directeurs de validation, etc.).
  • Établir, mettre à jour et/ou revoir la documentation relative au cycle de vie des systèmes (URS, matrices de traçabilité, spécifications fonctionnelles, etc.).
  • Organiser et réaliser les analyses de risques liées à la validation des systèmes informatisés.
  • Organiser et conduire les revues périodiques des systèmes informatisés.
  • Examiner, approuver et participer aux investigations des déviations et des CAPA relatives aux systèmes informatisés et automatisés.
  • Fournir un support dans le cadre des contrôles de changement (Change Control) lorsque l’expertise en systèmes informatisés est requise.
  • Réaliser des audits sur site (GEMBA, etc.).
  • Former et sensibiliser le personnel aux bonnes pratiques.
  • Participer aux audits et inspections en tant qu’expert métier (SME).

2. GMP et Qualité

  • Développer, mettre en œuvre et gérer la documentation liée aux activités techniques qualité afin d’assurer la conformité aux cGMP, à la réglementation applicable et au système qualité de PolyPeptide.
  • Assurer une veille sur les innovations technologiques et les évolutions réglementaires.
  • Assurer une veille réglementaire et industrielle dans le domaine de la validation des systèmes informatisés.

3. Planification

  • Planifier et prioriser les activités de Qualité Technique en étroite collaboration avec les départements Automation, IT, Production et Quality Unit afin de minimiser l’impact sur la production, d’atteindre les objectifs de planification et de répondre aux attentes de l’Assurance Qualité.

4. Information et Communication

  • Informer la direction de tout problème qualité majeur.
  • Informer la direction de tout problème majeur lié à la gestion du personnel.
  • Sensibiliser le personnel à l’importance des questions liées à la sécurité, à l’environnement et aux GMP.

5. Management des personnes et esprit d’équipe

  • Contribuer au développement d’une culture qualité au sein du département Quality Unit.
  • Encadrer, motiver, écouter et gérer le personnel impliqué dans les activités de qualification, tout en maintenant un bon climat de travail et une discipline appropriée.
  • Promouvoir une culture d’autonomisation (« empowerment ») et de responsabilisation à tous les niveaux de l’organisation.
  • Développer un véritable esprit d’équipe au sein du département afin de favoriser des relations de travail efficaces et harmonieuses.
  • Gérer les éventuels conflits relationnels au sein du département.
