Contrat CDI - Pas Consultant

Cette fonction a pour charge d’assurer la comptabilisation correcte et dans les temps de la comptabilité générale et comptabilité clients ainsi que les tâches relatives à la clôture, tout en veillant au respect des normes comptables, fiscales et IFRS et des procédures internes. Préparation de rapports financiers et déclarations dans les délais impartis.

Cette fonction est intégrée au service financier et peut être amenée à participer à d’autres tâches de façon ponctuelle.

1.1 Tâches principales

• Maintien de la comptabilité générale.

• Comptabilisation et réconciliation des salaires.

• Comptabilisation des immobilisations et réconciliation.

• Émission de factures clients.

• Réconciliation des comptes et justification des soldes.

• Préparation rigoureuse des clôtures mensuelles selon les normes comptables belges et IFRS.

• Participation à la clôture de fin d'exercice.

• Etablissement des rapports selon les normes IFRS.

• Collaboration étroite avec les entités du groupe pour les rapprochements intercompagnies.

• Contribution active aux audits financiers et internes.

• Préparation des comptes statutaires pour la Banque Nationale de Belgique.

• Élaboration des rapports financiers annuels pour le comité d'entreprise.

• Production de rapports statistiques et réponses aux demandes d'information.

• Préparation des déclarations TVA, Intrastat et Intracom.

• Garantie du respect des règles de TVA.

• Participation aux audits fiscaux.

• Contribution à la préparation de la déclaration ISOC et des prix de transfert locaux.

• Veille au respect des normes et procédures en vigueur dans la société.

1.2 Taches associées

• Respect des procédures et du contrôle interne (vérification des paiements, note de frais, …)

• Soutien le responsable de la comptabilité dans divers exercices, tâches administratives et projets financiers.

• Faire fonction de suppléant pour la comptabilité générale en France.
