Gesucht wird eine erfahrene Führungskraft, die den Fuhrpark organisatorisch und wirtschaftlich steuert, Prozesse weiterentwickelt und anspruchsvolle Fuhrparkprojekte eigenständig vorantreibt.

Aufgaben

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines Teams von rund 15 Mitarbeitenden
  • Steuerung des gesamten Fuhrparkmanagements für eine große Lkw- bzw. Nutzfahrzeugflotte
  • Verantwortung für kaufmännische, organisatorische und strategische Themen der Abteilung
  • Planung und Umsetzung von Fuhrparkprojekten inklusive Termin-, Budget- und Ressourcensteuerung
  • Begleitung der Fuhrparktransformation, z. B. Einführung von E-Lkw und Ladeinfrastruktur
  • Optimierung von Fahrzeugverfügbarkeit, Wartung, Instandhaltung und technischen Abläufen
  • Analyse relevanter Kennzahlen zu Kosten, Verbrauch, Auslastung und Effizienz
  • Erarbeitung von Entscheidungsvorlagen, Reports und Präsentationen für das Management
  • Steuerung und Bewertung externer Dienstleister, Werkstätten und Servicepartner
  • Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, Standards und Strukturen im Fleet Management
  • Enge Abstimmung mit internen Fachbereichen, Kunden und externen Partnern
  • Übernahme der Verkehrsleiterfunktion bzw. entsprechender Verantwortlichkeiten

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation, z. B. im Bereich Logistik, Transport, Spedition oder Fleet Management
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Fuhrparkleiter (m/w/d), Leiter Fleet Management (m/w/d) oder in vergleichbarer Führungsfunktion
  • Praxiserfahrung im professionellen Fuhrparkmanagement, idealerweise mit größerem Lkw- oder Nutzfahrzeugfuhrpark
  • Nachweisbare Führungserfahrung mit Verantwortung für Teams, Abläufe und Ergebnisse
  • Erfahrung in Fuhrpark-, Infrastruktur- oder Transformationsprojekten
  • Idealerweise Qualifikation oder Praxis als Verkehrsleiter (m/w/d)
  • Gutes Verständnis für wirtschaftliche und technische Zusammenhänge rund um Nutzfahrzeuge
  • Sicher im Projektmanagement sowie in der Analyse und Optimierung von Prozessen
  • Sehr guter Umgang mit Excel und MS Office, insbesondere für KPI-Auswertungen und Präsentationen
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationsvermögen und Umsetzungsorientierung
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
