Gesucht wird ein erfahrener Area Sales Manager / Market Manager Heavy Duty Europe (m/w/d), der den Off-Highway- und Hydraulikmarkt weiterentwickelt, europäische Vertriebsteams unterstützt und neue Geschäftspotenziale erschließt.

Im Mittelpunkt stehen technische Lösungen für den Schutz von Hydraulikschläuchen, insbesondere Schutzspiralen, Schlauchschutzsysteme und Hydraulikzubehör für mobile Maschinen und anspruchsvolle Heavy-Duty-Anwendungen.

Aufgaben

  • Entwicklung des europäischen Heavy-Duty-, Off-Highway- und Hydraulikmarktes
  • Ausbau bestehender Kunden-, Händler- und Vertriebsstrukturen
  • Identifikation neuer Marktpotenziale, Anwendungen und Geschäftsmöglichkeiten
  • Gewinnung und Entwicklung von OEMs, Hydraulikunternehmen, Schlauchkonfektionären und Distributoren
  • Unterstützung der europäischen Vertriebskollegen mit Markt-, Produkt- und Anwendungswissen
  • Positionierung von Schutzspiralen, Schlauchschutzsystemen und Hydraulikzubehör
  • Beobachtung von Kundenanforderungen, Wettbewerb und Branchentrends
  • Übertragung von Marktfeedback in konkrete Produkt- und Vertriebsmaßnahmen
  • Begleitung technischer Kundenprojekte mit internen Fachbereichen
  • Regelmäßige Kunden- und Partnerbesuche innerhalb Europas

Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im technischen Vertrieb, Marktmanagement oder Business Development
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Heavy-Duty-, Off-Highway- oder Hydraulikmarkt
  • Praxis mit Hydraulikschläuchen, Schlauchschutz, Schutzspiralen, Verbindungstechnik oder Hydraulikzubehör
  • Bestehendes Netzwerk zu OEMs, Händlern, Schlauchkonfektionären oder Distributoren
  • Erfahrung in Marktentwicklung, Kundenaufbau und strategischer Vertriebsarbeit
  • Gutes Verständnis für technische und kundenspezifische Lösungen
  • Fähigkeit, Marktanforderungen zu erkennen und intern in konkrete Maßnahmen zu übersetzen
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und unternehmerische Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Geschäftsreisen innerhalb Europas
  • Sicheres Englisch für die internationale Zusammenarbeit; weitere europäische Sprachen sind von Vorteil
