PolyTALENT vermittelt direkt an ein spezialisiertes Ingenieurbüro im Raum München, das in Geotechnik, Baugrund und Hydrogeologie anspruchsvolle Projekte betreut. Gesucht wird eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit, die Baugrundgutachten eigenständig erstellt, Projekte fachlich steuert und als wichtige Schnittstelle zur Abteilungsleitung agiert.

Aufgaben

  • Eigenständige Erstellung von Baugrundgutachten, geotechnischen Berichten und fachlichen Stellungnahmen
  • Bewertung von Baugrund- und Gründungsverhältnissen für Hochbau-, Tiefbau- und Infrastrukturprojekte
  • Konzeption von Baugrunderkundungen, Bohrprogrammen, Sondierungen und Untersuchungen zum Grundwasser
  • Koordination von Feldarbeiten, Bohrfirmen, Laborleistungen und externer Projektbeteiligter
  • Technische Abstimmung mit Auftraggebern, Fachplanern, Prüfingenieuren und Behörden
  • Bewertung geotechnischer Risiken sowie Ableitung wirtschaftlicher und umsetzbarer Gründungsempfehlungen
  • Mitwirkung bei Angeboten, Kostenschätzungen, Leistungsverzeichnissen und Nachträgen
  • Fachliche Unterstützung der Abteilungsleitung als Sparringspartner im Tagesgeschäft

Profil

  • Mehrjährige Praxis in Geotechnik, Baugrund, Ingenieurgeologie oder Hydrogeologie sowie in der eigenständigen Gutachtenerstellung
  • Passender Hintergrund z. B. als Bauingenieur Geotechnik (m/w/d), Ingenieurgeologe (m/w/d), Geowissenschaftler (m/w/d) oder erfahrener Bautechniker (m/w/d) mit einschlägiger Baugrunderfahrung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit geotechnischen Fragestellungen rund um Gründung, Bodenkennwerte, Erd- und Grundbau
  • Erfahrung in Projektkoordination sowie idealerweise in Kosten- und Nachtragsmanagement
  • Von Vorteil sind Kenntnisse in GGU, Grundwassermodellierung, thermischer Grundwassernutzung oder Bauwasserhaltung
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift für Gutachten, Berichte und Abstimmungen
