Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Leitung von Bauprojekten im Tiefbau, Rohrleitungsbau oder Kanalbau
  • Technische, organisatorische und wirtschaftliche Steuerung der Baustellen
  • Arbeitsvorbereitung sowie Planung von Personal-, Material- und Geräteeinsatz
  • Führung der gewerblichen Mitarbeiter und Koordination von Nachunternehmern
  • Überwachung von Qualität, Terminen und Kosten während der gesamten Bauausführung
  • Erstellung von Aufmaßen, Abrechnungsunterlagen und baubegleitender Dokumentation
  • Bearbeitung von Nachträgen und Mitwirkung bei der wirtschaftlichen Projektsteuerung
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung technischer Normen, Vorschriften und Sicherheitsanforderungen
  • Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Bauabnahmen mit Auftraggebern und Beteiligten
  • Entwicklung technischer Lösungsvorschläge und Unterstützung bei der Projektakquise

Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium als Bauingenieur (m/w/d) oder Weiterbildung als Bautechniker (m/w/d) im Tiefbau, Rohrleitungsbau oder vergleichbar
  • Alternativ mehrjährige Praxis als Bauleiter (m/w/d), Projektleiter Tiefbau (m/w/d) oder in ähnlicher Funktion auf Baustellen
  • Erfahrung in der Abwicklung von Bauprojekten im Tiefbau, Leitungsbau, Kanalbau oder Infrastrukturbau
  • Gutes Verständnis für Baustellenorganisation, Bauabläufe und wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
  • Kenntnisse in Abrechnung, Aufmaß, Nachtragsmanagement und Projektdokumentation
  • Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Arbeitsmitteln; Erfahrung mit BRZ oder vergleichbarer Bausoftware ist von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Verbindliches Auftreten, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Führungskompetenz im Umgang mit Teams, Kunden und Nachunternehmern
