PolyTALENT besetzt diese Position in Direktvermittlung für ein etabliertes, familiär geführtes Unternehmen aus der Bohrtechnik und Baugrunderkundung. Gesucht wird ein erfahrener Geräteführer Brunnenbau / Bodenaufschluss (m/w/d), der unterschiedliche Bohrgeräte sicher führt, Baustellenabläufe eigenständig koordiniert und ein kleines Team von zwei Mitarbeitenden anleitet.

Die Position passt auch zu erfahrenen Brunnenbauern (m/w/d), Bohrgeräteführern (m/w/d), Baugeräteführern (m/w/d) oder Fachkräften aus dem Spezialtiefbau und Bodenaufschluss.

Aufgaben

  • Durchführung von Trockenbohrungen und Spülbohrungen für Bodenaufschlüsse, Brunnen und Grundwassermessstellen
  • Sicheres Bedienen und Überwachen unterschiedlicher Bohrgeräte und Spezialmaschinen
  • Eigenständige Organisation und Koordination der Arbeitsabläufe auf der jeweiligen Baustelle
  • Fachliche Anleitung und Führung eines zweiköpfigen Baustellenteams
  • Fachgerechte Durchführung und saubere Dokumentation von Probenahmen
  • Sicherstellung und Überwachung von Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Umweltvorgaben
  • Durchführung kleinerer Reparaturen sowie Pflege und Wartung der Maschinentechnik
  • Abstimmung mit der Projektleitung, Auftraggebern und weiteren Beteiligten vor Ort

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Brunnenbauer (m/w/d), Spezialtiefbauer (m/w/d), Baugeräteführer (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung im Brunnenbau, Bodenaufschluss, Spezialtiefbau oder in der Bohrtechnik
  • Sichere Fahrpraxis und Routine im Umgang mit Bohrgeräten und schweren Arbeitsmaschinen
  • Ein gültiger Probennahmeschein nach DIN 22475 ist zwingend erforderlich
  • Führerschein der Klasse BE ist zwingend erforderlich (Klasse CE ist wünschenswert)
  • Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen, teils mehrtägigen Montageeinsätzen in Norddeutschland
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und sicherheitsbewusste Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Organisationsstärke
