Aufgaben

  • Konstruktion und CAM-Programmierung von Extrusionswerkzeugen und Führungen
  • Fertigung der Werkzeuge durch Fräsen, Erodieren und Zuschneiden
  • Planung und Priorisierung der Maschinenkapazitäten im Tooling, insbesondere an Fräs- und Erodiermaschinen
  • Technische Begleitung von Versuchsreihen sowie Analyse von Fehlerbildern in der Produktion
  • Optimierung der CAD-/CAM-Prozesse in Abstimmung mit der Abteilungsleitung
  • Durchführung von Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten an Werkzeugmaschinen
  • Betreuung maschinen- und softwarebezogener Themen im Werkzeugbau
  • Steuerung von Material- und Ersatzteilbeständen für einen reibungslosen Ablauf
  • Technische Abstimmung mit externen Lieferanten zu Daten, Terminen und Ausführung
  • Gelegentliche Reisetätigkeit im Rahmen von Projekten und Abstimmungen

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Werkzeugmechaniker (m/w/d), Feinwerkmechaniker (m/w/d), Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d), Werkzeugmacher (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar
  • Praxis im Werkzeugbau, in der Zerspanung oder als CAD/CAM Konstrukteur (m/w/d) bzw. CAM-Programmierer (m/w/d)
  • Erfahrung in Fräsen, Erodieren und CAM-Programmierung
  • Gute Kenntnisse in CAD- und CAM-Systemen sowie technisches Verständnis für Fertigungsabläufe
  • Vorteilhaft ist Know-how in Kunststoff-, Elastomer- oder Extrusionsprozessen
  • Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Organisationstalent in der Kapazitätsplanung sowie im Umgang mit Material- und Ersatzteilbeständen
  • Kommunikationsstärke im Austausch mit Produktion, Werkzeugbau und externen Partnern
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Offenheit für neue Technologien, Softwarelösungen und Prozessverbesserungen
