Aufgaben

  • Erstellung, Simulation und Optimierung von CAM-Programmen für 3- und 5-Achs-Fräsbearbeitung
  • Programmierung von CNC-/NC-Toolpaths für komplexe Bauteile mit engen Toleranzen
  • Auswahl von Werkzeugen, Schnittdaten und Spannkonzepten für Aluminium, Stahl, Titan und Inconel
  • Einrichten, Einfahren und Prozessfreigabe neuer Teile bis zur stabilen Serienfertigung
  • Analyse und Reduzierung von Zykluszeiten sowie Verbesserung der Maschinenauslastung
  • Aufbau von Programmbibliotheken, Templates und Fertigungsdokumentation
  • Interpretation technischer Zeichnungen inklusive GD&T und toleranzkritischer Merkmale
  • Entwicklung und Optimierung von Vorrichtungs- und Spannstrategien
  • Unterstützung von NPI / Neuteileinführungen von der Zeichnung bis zur robusten Produktion
  • Fachliche Rückmeldung zu DFM-Themen an interne Teams und Kunden
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Softwareteam zur Verbesserung von Datenerfassung, Planung und Automatisierung
  • Mitwirkung beim Aufbau des Standorts, bei Inbetriebnahmen und bei der Definition robuster Fertigungsabläufe

Profil

  • Mehrjährige Praxis als CAM-Programmierer (m/w/d), CNC-Programmierer (m/w/d), NC-Programmierer (m/w/d) oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle der Zerspanung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen CAM-Systemen, z. B. hyperMILL, Mastercam, Siemens NX oder vergleichbar
  • Erfahrung in der 5-Achs-Fräsbearbeitung, idealerweise auch in der simultanen 5-Achs-Bearbeitung
  • Praxis an hochwertigen CNC-Maschinen, z. B. Hermle, DMG Mori oder vergleichbaren Anlagen
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung bei engen Toleranzen im Bereich von ±0,01 mm oder feiner
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis für Vorschübe, Schnittgeschwindigkeiten, Werkzeugstandzeiten und Spanntechnik
  • Hands-on-Mentalität: Programme nicht nur erstellen, sondern Prozesse auch an der Maschine absichern
  • Routine im Lesen komplexer Zeichnungen sowie in Revisionsstand, Dokumentation und Änderungsdisziplin
  • Wünschenswert sind Branchenkenntnisse in Aerospace, Defence oder anderen regulierten Präzisionsfertigungen
  • Pluspunkte sind Kenntnisse in Vericut, Messtastern, Palettensystemen oder EN 9100 / AS9100
  • Deutsch oder Englisch in einem Niveau, das eine sichere Abstimmung im technischen Produktionsumfeld ermöglicht
