Für unseren Kunden in Parchim suchen wir im Rahmen der Direktvermittlung einen CNC-Dreher / Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d) zur unbefristeten Festanstellung.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Einrichten, Rüsten und Bedienen von CNC-Drehmaschinen in der Einzelteil- und Kleinserienfertigung
  • Bearbeitung von Werkstücken nach technischen Zeichnungen und Fertigungsunterlagen
  • Erstellung, Anpassung und Optimierung von CNC-Programmen nach Zeichnungsvorgaben
  • Durchführung von Maß-, Form- und Lageprüfungen mit gängigen Mess- und Prüfmitteln
  • Eigenständige Qualitätskontrolle der gefertigten Bauteile während und nach dem Bearbeitungsprozess
  • Kontinuierliche Optimierung von Bearbeitungsabläufen, Werkzeugen und Programmlogiken

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d), CNC-Dreher (m/w/d), Werkzeugmechaniker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Praktische Erfahrung im CNC-Drehen, idealerweise einschließlich Rüsten, Programmkorrekturen und selbstständiger Bearbeitung
  • Sicheres Lesen von technischen Zeichnungen sowie Verständnis für Form- und Lagetoleranzen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Messmitteln wie Messschieber, Mikrometer und weiteren Prüfmitteln
  • Strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie ein ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein in der präzisen Metallbearbeitung
  • Kenntnisse in der Fertigung von Einzelteilen, Prototypen oder Kleinserien sind von Vorteil
