PolyTALENT vermittelt direkt an ein wachsendes Metallbau- und Zerspanungsunternehmen in Delbrück. Gesucht wird ein erfahrener CNC-Dreher / Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d), der moderne Dreh-Fräszentren mit Roboterautomation eigenständig programmiert, einrichtet und im Tagesgeschäft betreut.

Aufgaben

  • Programmierung, Bedienung und Überwachung moderner CNC-Dreh-Fräszentren
  • Arbeiten an Siemens- / SINUMERIK-Steuerungen direkt an der Maschine
  • Selbstständiges Einrichten, Rüsten und Einfahren neuer Aufträge
  • Auswahl von Werkzeugen, Schneidplatten, Spannmitteln und Bearbeitungsstrategien
  • Erstellung, Anpassung und Optimierung von CNC-Programmen für Dreh- und Fräsbearbeitung
  • Fertigung von Einzelteilen und Kleinserien mit typischen Losgrößen von 10 bis 100 Stück
  • Bearbeitung unterschiedlicher Werkstoffe, darunter auch anspruchsvolle Materialien wie Titan
  • Vorbereitung und Betreuung der automatisierten Fertigung mit Roboterbeladung
  • Durchführung von Maßkontrollen und Qualitätsprüfungen im laufenden Prozess
  • Kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Rüstzeiten, Abläufen und Bearbeitungsprozessen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung von Automation, CAM und Fertigungsstandards

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d), CNC-Dreher (m/w/d), Industriemechaniker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar
  • Praxis in der CNC-Zerspanung, idealerweise im Bereich CNC-Drehen oder an Dreh-Fräszentren
  • Erfahrung mit Siemens bzw. SINUMERIK, gern auch Siemens 840D oder vergleichbar
  • Sicher im Programmieren an der Maschine sowie im Anpassen bestehender Programme
  • Routine im Einrichten, Rüsten und Einfahren von CNC-Maschinen
  • Kenntnisse in CAD/CAM, z. B. TopSolid, sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
  • Berührungspunkte mit Automation, Robotertechnik oder mannloser Fertigung sind willkommen
  • Interesse an praktischer Arbeit in der Fertigung – keine reine Büro- oder Offline-Programmierrolle
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamgeist und Freude daran, sich in einen kleinen mittelständischen Betrieb einzubringen
  • Motivation, vorhandenes Know-how in CNC, CAM, Messtechnik und Automation weiter auszubauen
