Gesucht wird eine Fachkraft für die CNC-Fräsbearbeitung, die Bauteile präzise nach Zeichnung fertigt und sich in einer langfristig angelegten Festanstellung weiterentwickeln möchte.

Aufgaben

  • Einrichten, Bedienen und Überwachen von CNC-Fräsmaschinen in der Einzelteil- und Kleinserienfertigung
  • Fertigung von Bauteilen nach technischer Zeichnung für Werkzeugbau, Vorrichtungsbau und Maschinenbau
  • Sicherstellung von Maßhaltigkeit, Oberflächengüte und Qualität im laufenden Fertigungsprozess
  • Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen mit gängigen Messmitteln und Messtechnik
  • Rüsten und Anpassen von Werkzeugen sowie Optimierung von Bearbeitungsabläufen
  • Je nach Erfahrung Mitarbeit beim CNC-Drehen oder bei der Programmierung der Maschinen
  • Abstimmung mit angrenzenden Bereichen wie Konstruktion und Fertigung

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d), CNC-Fräser (m/w/d), Industriemechaniker (m/w/d), Werkzeugmechaniker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar
  • Fundierte Praxis in der Frästechnik bzw. CNC-Fräsbearbeitung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen, Toleranzen und gängigen Messmitteln
  • Erfahrung im CNC-Drehen ist willkommen, aber kein Muss
  • Kenntnisse in der CNC-Programmierung sind von Vorteil
  • Sorgfältige, präzise und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie gutes technisches Verständnis
  • Teamorientierung und Interesse an einer langfristigen Mitarbeit im Mittelstand
