Für einen etablierten mittelständischen Partner im Bereich Elektrotechnik und Schaltschrankbau suchen wir einen Elektroniker / Elektriker / Elektrotechniker / Elektromeister (m/w/d) als Prüfer im Schaltschrankbau in direkter Festanstellung.

In dieser Position übernehmen Sie die Endprüfung von Schaltschränken, Steuerungen und Schaltanlagen und stellen sicher, dass die Anlagen technisch einwandfrei und sicher ausgeliefert werden können.

Die Stelle eignet sich besonders für Fachkräfte aus dem Schaltschrankbau, Schaltanlagenbau, Prüffeld, der Betriebstechnik oder Qualitätssicherung. Auch erfahrene Elektroniker aus der Elektroinstallation erhalten die Möglichkeit, sich gezielt in die industrielle Prüf- und Messtechnik einzuarbeiten.

Aufgaben

  • Durchführung der Endprüfung von Schaltschränken, Steuerungen und Schaltanlagen vor der Auslieferung
  • Prüfung von Funktion, elektrischer Sicherheit und Qualität nach geltenden Normen und Prüfvorgaben
  • Durchführung elektrischer Messungen und Funktionsprüfungen
  • Prüfung elektrischer Komponenten wie Relais, Schütze und Sicherungen
  • Dokumentation von Messwerten, Prüfergebnissen und Abweichungen sowie Erstellung nachvollziehbarer Prüfberichte
  • Systematische Fehleranalyse und Fehlersuche bei elektrischen und funktionalen Abweichungen
  • Abstimmung notwendiger Korrekturen mit Fertigung, Konstruktion und Engineering
  • Durchführung beziehungsweise Begleitung von Abnahmeprüfungen
  • Sicherstellung einer technisch einwandfreien und termingerechten Freigabe der Anlagen

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene elektrotechnische Ausbildung, zum Beispiel als Elektroniker für Betriebstechnik, Elektroniker für Automatisierungstechnik, Elektroniker für Energie- und Gebäudetechnik, Industrieelektriker oder Elektriker
  • Alternativ Weiterbildung zum staatlich geprüften Elektrotechniker oder Elektromeister
  • Erfahrung im Prüffeld, Schaltschrankbau, Schaltanlagenbau, in der Elektromontage oder elektrischen Qualitätssicherung ist von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse in der elektrischen Mess- und Prüftechnik sind willkommen, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
  • Auch Fachkräfte aus der Elektroinstallation, die in den industriellen Schaltschrankbau beziehungsweise die Prüftechnik wechseln möchten, kommen infrage
  • Selbstständige, sorgfältige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Gute bis sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse für technische Dokumentationen und die interne Abstimmung
