PolyTALENT besetzt für ein wachsendes Unternehmen aus dem Bereich erneuerbare Energien mehrere Positionen als Elektroniker PV-Inbetriebnahme (m/w/d) im Rhein-Neckar-Kreis. Gesucht werden Fachkräfte, die Photovoltaikanlagen, Batteriespeicher und Wallboxen AC-seitig anschließen, prüfen und sicher in Betrieb nehmen.

Die Position passt zu ausgebildeten Elektronikern für Energie- und Gebäudetechnik (m/w/d), Elektrikern (m/w/d), Elektroinstallateuren (m/w/d) oder verwandten Elektro-Fachkräften, die in die Solartechnik, PV und Ladeinfrastruktur wechseln oder sich dort weiterentwickeln möchten.

Aufgaben

  • AC-seitige Installation von Photovoltaikanlagen im privaten und gewerblichen Umfeld
  • Anschluss und Inbetriebnahme von Wechselrichtern, Batteriespeichern und Wallboxen
  • Umbau, Erweiterung und Neuinstallation von Zählerschränken und Unterverteilungen
  • Durchführung von Mess-, Funktions- und Sicherheitsprüfungen nach gängigen Vorschriften
  • Parametrierung und Einrichtung digitaler Komponenten per Laptop, App oder Smartphone
  • Systematische Fehlerdiagnose bei Störungen sowie technische Dokumentation
  • Abstimmung mit Projektleitung, Netzbetreibern und Kunden vor Ort

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Elektroniker für Energie- und Gebäudetechnik (m/w/d), Elektriker (m/w/d), Elektroinstallateur (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar
  • Gesellenbrief ist erforderlich
  • Auch Berufseinsteiger aus dem Elektrohandwerk sind willkommen
  • Erfahrung mit Photovoltaik, Solaranlagen, Speichern oder Wallboxen ist von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
  • Kenntnisse in Zählerschränken, VDE, TAB oder im Umfeld von EVU / Netzbetreibern sind wünschenswert
  • Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Geräten und gute technische IT-Affinität
  • Selbstständige, saubere und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse für Dokumentation und Kundenabstimmung
  • Führerschein Klasse B für Einsätze im Tagespendelbereich
