PolyTALENT besetzt diese Position in Direktvermittlung für einen spezialisierten Fachbetrieb in Dinslaken. Gesucht wird ein elektrotechnisch versierter Profi für die Reparatur, Prüfung und Instandsetzung von Frequenzumrichtern, Umrichtern und elektronischen Antriebssystemen – ausschließlich in der Werkstatt, ohne Außendienst und ohne Reisetätigkeit.

Die Stelle passt unter anderem zu Profilen als Elektroniker für Geräte und Systeme (m/w/d), Elektroniker für Automatisierungstechnik (m/w/d), Elektroniker für Betriebstechnik (m/w/d), Kommunikationselektroniker (m/w/d), Servicetechniker Elektrotechnik (m/w/d) oder Elektrotechniker (m/w/d).

Aufgaben

  • Systematische Fehlersuche an Frequenzumrichtern, SPS-Steuerungen und Bedienpanels
  • Reparatur elektronischer Baugruppen und Geräte auf Baugruppen- und Bauteilebene
  • Fehlerdiagnose auch dann, wenn keine vollständigen Stromlaufpläne vorliegen
  • Prüfung von Netzteilen, Gleichrichtern, Zwischenkreisen und Leistungsendstufen
  • Auslesen, Bewerten und Dokumentieren von Fehlerspeichern
  • Messungen an IGBTs, Dioden, Gleichrichtern und Wechselrichtern
  • Austausch defekter elektronischer Bauteile und Baugruppen
  • Ein- und Auslöten auf lackierten Platinen unter ESD-Bedingungen
  • Arbeiten mit Lötkolben, Entlötpumpe und Entlötstation
  • Reinigung, Wartung und technische Aufbereitung elektronischer Geräte
  • Parametrierung von Frequenzumrichtern und Durchführung von Firmware-Updates
  • Kontrolle und Prüfung von Profibus, Profinet und Modbus
  • Durchführung von Prüfungen nach VDE sowie Funktions- und Lasttests
  • Testläufe am Motorprüfstand zur technischen Freigabe reparierter Systeme
  • Aufbau und Anpassung elektrischer Prüfplätze für unterschiedliche Geräte
  • Erstellung von Prüfprotokollen und Reparaturberichten
  • Sicheres Entladen von Zwischenkreiskondensatoren und Einhaltung aller Schutzmaßnahmen

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Elektroniker für Geräte und Systeme (m/w/d), Elektroniker für Betriebstechnik (m/w/d), Elektroniker für Automatisierungstechnik (m/w/d), Kommunikationselektroniker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar
  • Alternativ Weiterbildung als Elektrotechniker (m/w/d) oder Elektromeister (m/w/d)
  • Auch ein elektrotechnisches Studium ist passend, wenn ein hoher Praxisbezug vorhanden ist
  • Erfahrung in der Reparatur elektronischer Geräte, Baugruppen oder industrieller Elektronik
  • Praxis in der Fehlersuche auf Bauteilebene und im strukturierten Messen
  • Kenntnisse in Leistungselektronik, Schaltungselektronik oder industrieller Antriebstechnik
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Messmitteln wie Multimeter, Oszilloskop oder vergleichbarer Prüftechnik
  • Gute praktische Kenntnisse im Löten und Entlöten, idealerweise auch an empfindlichen Platinen
  • Routine im Umgang mit 230-Volt-Systemen und ein hohes Bewusstsein für elektrische Sicherheit
  • Von Vorteil sind Kenntnisse in Frequenzumrichtern, SPS, Bedienpanels oder elektronischen Antriebssystemen
  • Herstellerkenntnisse sind willkommen, aber keine Voraussetzung
  • Kenntnisse in Profibus, Profinet oder Modbus sind hilfreich
  • Verständnis der relevanten VDE-Vorschriften und sauberer Prüfabläufe
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise mit echter Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Bereitschaft zur gründlichen Einarbeitung in Systeme, Prüfplätze und Herstellerbesonderheiten
