Für ein inhabergeführtes Unternehmen in Kronau suchen wir Sie als Industriemechaniker (m/w/d) in Vollzeit und mit direktem Arbeitsvertrag beim Unternehmen. Ihr Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Instandsetzung von Gleitringdichtungen oder Pumpen – überwiegend in der Werkstatt und gelegentlich beim Kunden.

Das Wichtigste auf einen Blick

  • Jahresgehalt: bis ca. 55.000 € brutto, je nach Erfahrung und Qualifikation
  • Arbeitszeit: 40 Stunden pro Woche, tagsüber mit werkstattabhängiger Gleitzeit
  • Vertrag: Vollzeit, langfristige Zusammenarbeit gewünscht
  • Standort: Kronau; überwiegend Werkstatt, regionale Kundeneinsätze und seltene Übernachtungen

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Demontage, Instandsetzung und Montage von Gleitringdichtungen oder Pumpen
  • Befundung einzelner Bauteile und Beurteilung ihres Zustands
  • Erkennen von Verschleiß und Beschädigungen an mechanischen Komponenten
  • Gelegentlicher Pumpen- und Dichtungswechsel beim Kunden, beispielsweise in der Papier- und Chemieindustrie

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Industriemechaniker oder eine vergleichbare mechanische Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung mit Pumpen oder Dichtungen ist kein Muss; Berufseinsteiger sind willkommen
  • Technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick im Umgang mit mechanischen Bauteilen
  • Sorgfältige, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise und hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Offene, kommunikative Persönlichkeit und Interesse an langfristiger Zusammenarbeit
