PolyTALENT begleitet einen produzierenden Mittelständler im Raum Stuttgart bei der Besetzung einer zentralen Stelle in der Elektro-Instandhaltung. Das Unternehmen betreibt moderne Fertigungsanlagen und sucht jemanden, der elektrische Störungen schnell analysiert, eigenverantwortlich handelt und die Anlagenverfügbarkeit aktiv sicherstellt.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von Wartungs-, Inspektions- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten an elektrischen Anlagen und Betriebsmitteln
  • Fehlerdiagnose und schnelle Behebung von elektrischen Störungen an Produktions- und Fertigungsanlagen
  • Prüfung, Messung und Dokumentation elektrischer Anlagen nach DGUV V3 (ehem. BGV A3)
  • Lesen und Interpretieren von Schaltplänen, Stromlaufplänen und technischen Unterlagen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung und Modernisierung bestehender Anlagen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Mechanik, Automatisierung und Produktion
  • Dokumentation aller durchgeführten Maßnahmen im Instandhaltungssystem

Was Sie mitbringen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Elektroniker für Betriebstechnik, Industrieelektriker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der Elektro-Instandhaltung von Produktions- und Fertigungsanlagen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Schaltplänen und elektrotechnischen Mess- und Prüfgeräten
  • Kenntnisse in Antriebstechnik, Frequenzumrichtern und Niederspannungsanlagen
  • Grundkenntnisse in SPS-Steuerungen (z.B. Siemens S7 / TIA Portal) von Vorteil
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Teamfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Rufbereitschaft nach Einarbeitung
