Wir suchen den Austausch mit Werkzeugmechanikern und Formenbauern aus Bereichen wie:

  • Werkzeugbau, Formenbau und Vorrichtungsbau
  • Herstellung, Instandhaltung und Reparatur von Spritzgießwerkzeugen
  • Fertigung von Einzelteilen und Baugruppen nach technischen Zeichnungen und CAD-Daten
  • Fehleranalyse, Reparatur und Optimierung bestehender Werkzeuge
  • CNC-Bearbeitung, Fräsen, Schleifen und Erodieren
  • Arbeiten an Erodiermaschinen und konventionellen Werkzeugbaumaschinen
  • Wartung und Pflege von Werkzeugbaumaschinen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Konstruktion, Produktion und Qualitätssicherung
  • Dokumentation durchgeführter Arbeiten und technischer Maßnahmen
  • Präzisionsbearbeitung im Kunststoff- und Formenbau

Was Sie mitbringen sollten:

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Werkzeugmechaniker, Formenbauer, Werkzeugmacher oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Bau, in der Instandhaltung oder Reparatur von Spritzgießwerkzeugen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit CNC-Bearbeitungszentren, Erodiermaschinen oder konventionellen Maschinen
  • Gutes Verständnis für technische Zeichnungen, Fertigungsunterlagen und CAD-Daten
  • Eine selbstständige, präzise und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Technisches Verständnis, handwerkliches Geschick und ein Blick fürs Detail
