Für ein etabliertes, inhabergeführtes Maschinenbauunternehmen in Rellingen, Schleswig-Holstein, suchen wir Sie als Mitarbeiter für die Montage elektromechanischer Antriebe (m/w/d) zur direkten Festanstellung beim Unternehmen.

In dieser Position übernehmen Sie die Montage und Instandsetzung elektrischer und hydraulischer Rollreff-Antriebe für große Segelyachten. Sie montieren Getriebebaugruppen, fertigen Werkstücke aus Aluminium und Edelstahl und bedienen konventionelle Maschinen wie Säge, Fräse, Drehmaschine und Bohrmaschine.

Die Position eignet sich insbesondere für berufserfahrene Fachkräfte mit einer handwerklich-technischen Ausbildung, die Metallbearbeitung, gewissenhafte Baugruppenmontage und den Umgang mit elektrischen und elektronischen Komponenten miteinander verbinden möchten.

Ihre Aufgaben

Montage und Instandsetzung

  • Montage von elektrischen und hydraulischen Rollreff-Antrieben
  • Instandsetzung der Antriebssysteme
  • Gewissenhafte Montage von Getriebebaugruppen
  • Umgang mit elektrischen und elektronischen Baugruppen im Rahmen der Montage

Anfertigung und Bearbeitung von Werkstücken

  • Anfertigung von Werkstücken aus Aluminium und Edelstahl
  • Bedienung von Säge, Fräse, Drehmaschine und Bohrmaschine
  • Konventionelle Bearbeitung von Bauteilen – keine CNC-Bearbeitung

Schweißarbeiten

  • Bei entsprechender Erfahrung: WIG-Schweißen von Aluminium und Edelstahl
  • WIG-Schweißkenntnisse sind von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung

Ihr Profil

Für die Position bringen Sie folgende Qualifikation mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem handwerklichen oder technischen Beruf, beispielsweise als Konstruktionsmechaniker (m/w/d)

Alternativ: Eine vergleichbare handwerklich-technische Qualifikation

Darüber hinaus verfügen Sie idealerweise über:

  • Berufserfahrung in der Montage, Metallbearbeitung oder einer vergleichbaren Tätigkeit
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Säge, Fräse, Drehmaschine und Bohrmaschine
  • Handwerkliches Geschick und gutes technisches Verständnis
  • Affinität für elektrische und elektronische Baugruppen
  • Eine besonders sorgfältige Arbeitsweise bei der Montage von Getriebebaugruppen
  • WIG-Schweißkenntnisse in der Bearbeitung von Aluminium und Edelstahl von Vorteil
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Interesse an selbstständiger Arbeit
  • Motivation, Zuverlässigkeit und eine gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
