PolyTALENT besetzt für einen inhabergeführten Traditionsbetrieb in Hamburg eine langfristige Position in der Einzel- und Sonderfertigung. Gesucht wird ein erfahrener konventioneller Dreher / Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d), der Maschinen sicher einrichtet, Werkstücke präzise bearbeitet und handwerkliche Fertigung statt Serienroutine schätzt.

Aufgaben

  • Konventionelles Drehen von Einzelteilen, Sonderanfertigungen und Präzisionsbauteilen
  • Einrichten, Ausrichten und Rüsten von konventionellen sowie zyklengesteuerten Drehmaschinen
  • Spannen von Werkstücken und Auswahl geeigneter Werkzeuge, Schnittwerte und Bearbeitungsverfahren
  • Bearbeitung unterschiedlicher Werkstoffe wie Kunststoff, Edelstahl und Werkzeugstahl
  • Fertigung kleiner Präzisionsteile ebenso wie größerer Bauteile nach Zeichnung
  • Durchführung notwendiger Maß-, Winkel- und Schnittdatenberechnungen
  • Prüfung der Bauteilqualität mittels Messmitteln und eigenverantwortliche Maßkontrolle
  • Unterstützung bei ergänzenden Bearbeitungsschritten wie Bohren und Gewindeschneiden

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d), Dreher (m/w/d), Feinwerkmechaniker (m/w/d), Werkzeugmechaniker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige Praxis im konventionellen Drehen, idealerweise in der Einzelteil-, Kleinserien- oder Sonderfertigung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit konventionellen Drehmaschinen; Erfahrung mit zyklengesteuerten Maschinen ist willkommen
  • Routine im selbstständigen Einrichten, Spannen, Ausrichten und Vermessen von Werkstücken
  • Gutes technisches Verständnis und sichere Anwendung von Zeichnungen, Toleranzen und Messmitteln
  • Erfahrung mit verschiedenen Werkstoffen, Werkzeugen und Bearbeitungsstrategien in der spanenden Fertigung
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch
  • Wichtig: Reine Erfahrung als CNC-Maschinenbediener (m/w/d) ohne praktische Kenntnisse im konventionellen Drehen reicht für diese Position nicht aus
