Für ein wachsendes Industrieunternehmen in Quedlinburg OT Gernrode suchen wir Sie als Leiter Qualitätssicherung (m/w/d). Sie steuern Qualitätssicherung, Messraum, Reklamationsmanagement und Auditwesen und entwickeln die zugehörigen Abläufe weiter.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Teams in Qualitätssicherung und Messraum
  • Planung, Steuerung und Priorisierung der täglichen Prüf-, Mess- und Qualitätssicherungsabläufe
  • Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung des Qualitätssicherungssystems nach VDA- und ISO-Standards
  • Bearbeitung von Kunden- und Lieferantenreklamationen inklusive Ursachenanalyse und konsequenter Maßnahmenverfolgung
  • Durchführung und Begleitung interner Audits, Kundenaudits und Lieferantenaudits
  • Auswertung von Kennzahlen und Messdaten zur Prozessverbesserung und Unterstützung von Optimierungsprojekten

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder technische Ausbildung, beispielsweise als Industriemeister oder Techniker
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Qualitätsleiter, Leiter Qualitätssicherung, QS-Leiter oder Leiter Qualitätsmanagement im industriellen Umfeld
  • Führungserfahrung beim Aufbau klarer Abläufe und Standards
  • Technisches und analytisches Verständnis sowie sicherer Umgang mit Kunden, Lieferanten, Reklamationen und Audits
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse in VDA, ISO, Prüfmittelmanagement, Lean Management oder Six Sigma
