Aufgaben

  • Fachliche und strategische Weiterentwicklung des Rohrleitungsbaus am Standort
  • Gesamtverantwortung für Projekte im Gas-, Wasser- und Versorgungsleitungsbau von der Ausschreibung bis zur Abrechnung
  • Steuerung von Kalkulation, Arbeitsvorbereitung, Bauausführung, Aufmaß und Nachtragsmanagement
  • Führung, Einsatzplanung und Weiterentwicklung eines Teams aus ca. 10 kaufmännischen und gewerblichen Mitarbeitenden
  • Wahrnehmung der verantwortlichen Fachaufsicht nach DVGW GW 301 im Bereich G3/W3
  • Sicherstellung von Qualitäts-, Umwelt-, Arbeitssicherheits- und Baunormen auf den Baustellen
  • Begleitung und Absicherung von DVGW-Zertifizierungen sowie relevanten Audits
  • Fachaufsicht im Bereich Kunststoffschweißen (PE), idealerweise ergänzt um Schweißkompetenz für Stahl
  • Pflege bestehender Kundenbeziehungen sowie aktive Neukundengewinnung im regionalen Markt

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Qualifikation als Netzmeister Rohrleitungsbau (m/w/d), Meister (m/w/d), Techniker (m/w/d), geprüfter Polier Tiefbau (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige Praxis im Rohrleitungsbau, Tiefbau, Kanalbau, Leitungsbau oder Versorgungsnetzbau
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung von Projekten als Bauleiter (m/w/d), Projektleiter (m/w/d), Oberbauleiter (m/w/d) oder in vergleichbarer Funktion
  • Fundierte technische und kaufmännische Kenntnisse in Kalkulation, Bauablaufsteuerung und Abrechnung
  • Kenntnisse in der Verarbeitung bzw. Schweißtechnik von Guss-, Stahl-, PE- und PVC-Rohren, idealerweise nach GW 331 und GW 350
  • Verständnis für die Anforderungen der DVGW-Regelwerke und Erfahrung mit Fachaufsicht oder Zertifizierung von Vorteil
  • Führungskompetenz und die Fähigkeit, gewerbliche sowie kaufmännische Teams klar und verbindlich zu steuern
  • Führerschein Klasse B; weitere Führerscheinklassen sind willkommen
