Aufgaben

  • Einrichten, Bedienen und Überwachen von Druckmaschinen im laufenden Produktionsbetrieb
  • Steuerung und Sicherstellung eines stabilen Druckprozesses hinsichtlich Qualität, Farbe und Materiallauf
  • Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen während der Produktion und Freigabe nach Vorgabe
  • Erkennen und Beheben einfacher Störungen im Maschinen- und Prozessablauf
  • Dokumentation von Produktionsdaten, Aufträgen und Prozessabweichungen
  • Einhaltung von Sicherheits-, Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards am Arbeitsplatz

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Medientechnologe Druck (m/w/d), Drucker (m/w/d), Flexodrucker (m/w/d) oder in einem vergleichbaren handwerklich-technischen Beruf
  • Erfahrung im Verpackungsdruck, Tiefdruck, Wasserfarbendruck oder in der Bedienung von Druck- und Produktionsanlagen wünschenswert
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Zentralzylindermaschinen sind von Vorteil
  • Grundverständnis für Maschineneinstellung, Materialverhalten und einfache Störungsbehebung
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit in einem produzierenden Industrieunternehmen
  • Gewissenhafte, teamorientierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsbewusstsein
