Für ein etabliertes, inhabergeführtes Maschinenbauunternehmen in Rellingen bei Hamburg suchen wir Sie als Mitarbeiter Buchhaltung (m/w/d) in Teilzeit zur direkten Festanstellung beim Unternehmen.

In dieser Position prüfen, kontieren und verbuchen Sie die laufenden Geschäftsvorfälle. Darüber hinaus überwachen Sie den Zahlungsverkehr und die offenen Posten, bearbeiten Reisekosten und wirken bei Monatsabschlüssen sowie Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen mit.

Die Position eignet sich insbesondere für berufserfahrene Fachkräfte aus der Buchhaltung, die eine langfristige Teilzeitbeschäftigung mit flexiblen Arbeitszeiten suchen und Wert auf eine sorgfältige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise legen.

Ihre Aufgaben

Laufende Buchhaltung

  • Prüfung, Kontierung und Verbuchung aller laufenden Geschäftsvorfälle
  • Kontrolle und Bearbeitung der offenen Posten
  • Durchführung des Mahnlaufs
  • Bearbeitung von Reisekosten
  • Erstellung von Statistiken

Zahlungsverkehr, Abschlüsse und Meldungen

  • Überwachung des Zahlungsverkehrs
  • Erstellung von Monatsabschlüssen
  • Erstellung der Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen

Vertretungsaufgaben

  • Übernahme der Lohn- und Gehaltsbuchhaltung im Vertretungsfall

Ihr Profil

Für die Position bringen Sie folgende Qualifikation mit:

  • Ausbildung im Bereich Buchhaltung und/oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung

Darüber hinaus verfügen Sie idealerweise über:

  • Berufserfahrung in der Prüfung, Kontierung und Verbuchung laufender Geschäftsvorfälle
  • DATEV-Kenntnisse erforderlich
  • Sehr gute PC-Kenntnisse
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office, insbesondere Outlook, Word und Excel
  • Eine sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und hohes Engagement
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Interesse an einer langfristigen Teilzeitbeschäftigung
