Aufgaben

  • Gesamtverantwortung für die Projektleitung und Oberbauleitung anspruchsvoller Bauvorhaben
  • Steuerung von Projekten im Hochbau, Ingenieurbau oder Brückenbau hinsichtlich Qualität, Terminen und Kosten
  • Organisation, Einrichtung und Überwachung der Baustellen bis zur erfolgreichen Abnahme
  • Führung und Koordination interner Teams sowie externer Partner, Fachplaner und Nachunternehmer
  • Verantwortung für Ausschreibung, Vergabe, Beschaffung und Nachunternehmermanagement
  • Klärung technischer und kaufmännischer Fragestellungen mit Auftraggebern, Behörden und Projektbeteiligten
  • Kontrolle von Bauabläufen, Leistungsständen, Budgets und Nachträgen
  • Weiterentwicklung und fachliche Führung eines kleinen Teams aus Bauingenieuren und Bauleitern (m/w/d)

Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bauwesen
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Projektleitung, Bauleitung oder Oberbauleitung von Bauprojekten
  • Praxis in der Abwicklung von Vorhaben im Hochbau, Ingenieurbau, Konstruktiven Ingenieurbau oder Brückenbau
  • Routine in der Koordination komplexer Bauabläufe sowie im Umgang mit Nachunternehmern und Projektpartnern
  • Ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und ein sicherer Blick für technische wie wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
  • Führungspotenzial für ein Team aus 2 bis 3 Bauingenieuren bzw. Bauleitern (m/w/d)
  • Passend auch für erfahrene Bauleiter (m/w/d), Senior Bauleiter (m/w/d) oder Projektmanager Bau (m/w/d) mit dem nächsten Karriereschritt
