Aufgaben

  • Entwicklung und Optimierung von Kunststoffverpackungen, Artikeln und Baugruppen unter Berücksichtigung technischer, wirtschaftlicher und qualitativer Anforderungen
  • Erstellung und Präsentation innovativer Verpackungskonzepte für nationale und internationale Kunden
  • Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von Entwicklungs- und Produktprojekten
  • Verantwortung für die Einhaltung von Termin-, Kosten- und Qualitätszielen
  • Leitung und Betreuung von Projekten über mehrere nationale und internationale Produktionsstandorte hinweg
  • Koordination aller projektbezogenen Aktivitäten sowie Abstimmung mit internen Fachbereichen
  • Technische Schnittstelle zu Kunden, Lieferanten und externen Entwicklungspartnern
  • Überwachung von Projektfortschritten hinsichtlich Prozessen, Funktionen, Terminen und Budgets
  • Durchführung technischer Machbarkeitsbewertungen und Unterstützung bei der Serienüberführung neuer Produkte

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Kunststofftechnik, Werkzeugbau oder einer vergleichbaren technischen Fachrichtung
  • Weiterbildung zum Meister, Techniker oder abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor) im technischen Umfeld
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Kunststoffverarbeitung, idealerweise im Kunststoff-Spritzguss
  • Gute Kenntnisse in CAE- und CAD-Systemen
  • Sichere Englischkenntnisse für die Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Kunden und Lieferanten
  • Erfahrung im Produktentwicklungs- und Projektmanagementumfeld
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägtes Organisationsvermögen sowie hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Durchsetzungsstärke, Belastbarkeit und Entscheidungsfreude
  • Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit im Umgang mit internen und externen Ansprechpartnern
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Zusammenhänge verständlich aufzubereiten und zielgerichtet zu vermitteln
  • Teamorientierung, Engagement und hohe Qualitätsorientierung
