PolyTALENT besetzt für ein etabliertes Planungsbüro in Köln eine Schlüsselposition in der Freianlagen-, Außenanlagen- und Freiraumplanung. Gesucht wird ein erfahrener Projektleiter Freianlagenplanung (m/w/d) oder Landschaftsarchitekt (m/w/d), der Projekte sicher durch die HOAI-Leistungsphasen führt und perspektivisch fachliche Verantwortung im Team übernimmt.

Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Projektleitung in der Freianlagen-, Freiraum- und Außenanlagenplanung
  • Bearbeitung der HOAI-Leistungsphasen 1-6, idealerweise auch Begleitung bis LP 9
  • Steuerung von Terminen, Kosten und Qualitäten über alle Planungsphasen hinweg
  • Erstellung und Koordination von Entwurfs-, Genehmigungs- und Ausführungsplanungen
  • Abstimmung mit Auftraggebern, Behörden, Fachplanern und weiteren Projektbeteiligten
  • Bearbeitung anspruchsvoller Projekte mit Schwerpunkt auf öffentlichen Auftraggebern
  • Fachliche Mitwirkung beim Aufbau eines kleinen Teams und bei der Weiterentwicklung interner Abläufe

Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Landschaftsarchitektur, Freiraumplanung oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Eintragung in die Architektenkammer
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Landschaftsarchitekt (m/w/d), Projektleiter Freianlagen (m/w/d), Planer Freiraumplanung (m/w/d) oder in der Objektplanung Freianlagen
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der HOAI und sichere Praxis in den Leistungsphasen 1-6
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit öffentlichen Auftraggebern, idealerweise auch im Vergabeumfeld
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Vectorworks in der Projektbearbeitung
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse für Planung, Abstimmung, Ausschreibung und Dokumentation
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie Interesse an fachlicher Verantwortung
