Gesucht wird ein erfahrener Qualitätsmanager / Auditor - Automotive mit Teamverantwortung (m/w/d), der Prozesse sichert, Kundenanforderungen im Automotive-Umfeld professionell steuert und ein Team fachlich wie disziplinarisch führt.

Aufgaben

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Teams in der Qualitätssicherung bzw. im Qualitätsmanagement
  • Planung, Vorbereitung und Begleitung interner sowie externer Audits, z. B. nach VDA und IATF
  • Steuerung von Korrektur- und Vorbeugemaßnahmen sowie nachhaltige Verfolgung der Wirksamkeit
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenreklamationen und Eskalationen mit gängigen Methoden wie 8D, 5-Why und Ishikawa
  • Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit durch enge Abstimmung mit internen Fachbereichen und externen Ansprechpartnern
  • Weiterentwicklung von Qualitätsprozessen, Standards und betrieblichen Regelungen in Zusammenarbeit mit den relevanten Schnittstellen
  • Verantwortung für Budget, Qualitätskosten und einen wirtschaftlichen Ressourceneinsatz im Team
  • Dokumentation qualitätsrelevanter Prozesse, Kennzahlen und Maßnahmen im Tagesgeschäft

Profil

  • Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement / in der Qualitätssicherung Automotive, z. B. als Qualitätsmanager, Qualitätsleiter oder Quality Engineer (m/w/d)
  • Praxis in der Kunststoffindustrie, idealerweise im Umfeld Spritzguss, Serienfertigung oder automobiler Zulieferstrukturen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Automotive Core Tools wie 8D, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 5-Why und Ishikawa
  • Gültige Zertifikate als IATF und VDA 6.3 Auditor zwingend erforderlich
  • Erfahrung in einer Führungsrolle mit klarem Entscheidungsverhalten und hoher Verbindlichkeit
  • Strukturierte, analytische und vorausschauende Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägter Lösungsorientierung
  • Kommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit Kunden, internen Schnittstellen und Auditpartnern
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ob Studium oder Ausbildung, z. B. im Bereich Kunststofftechnik, Produktion, Qualität oder Technik: Entscheidend sind Ihre fachliche Eignung und Führungspraxis
