Deine Aufgaben

  • Active Sourcing über LinkedIn, XING und weitere digitale Kanäle zur Identifikation passender Fach- und Führungskräfte.
  • Erstansprache und Vorqualifizierung von Kandidaten im telefonischen und schriftlichen Austausch.
  • Führung strukturierter Interviews zur Bewertung von Motivation, Wechselbereitschaft und fachlicher Passung.
  • Steuerung des gesamten Recruiting-Prozesses von der Suche bis zur Vertragsunterschrift.
  • Beratung unserer B2B-Kunden zu Kandidatenprofilen, Marktfeedback und Prozessgeschwindigkeit.
  • Aufbau und Pflege von Talentpools, Netzwerken und langfristigen Kandidatenbeziehungen.

Dein Profil

  • Erfahrung im Recruiting, Active Sourcing, Vertrieb, Sales, Account Management, Kundenservice oder in der Personalberatung, alternativ motivierter Quereinstieg (m/w/d).
  • Besonders passend ist ein Hintergrund als Recruiter (m/w/d), Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/w/d), Personalberater (m/w/d), Vertriebsmitarbeiter (m/w/d), Kundenberater (m/w/d), Store Manager (m/w/d) oder aus Hotellerie, Gastronomie und Versicherung.
  • Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit, verbindliches Auftreten und absolute Freude an telefonischer sowie digitaler Ansprache.
  • Hunger auf Erfolg, Abschlussstärke und Eigenmotivation – Du willst etwas erreichen und hast ein sehr gutes Gespür für Menschen und Situationen.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift für die Kommunikation mit Kandidaten und Entscheidern.
