Für ein spezialisiertes Logistikunternehmen mit Fokus auf zeitkritische Luftfracht-Lösungen für die Luftfahrtindustrie in Kelsterbach suchen wir Sie als Sachbearbeiter Luftfracht (m/w/d). In dieser Rolle steuern Sie weltweite Transporte von Flugzeugersatzteilen und koordinieren die Abläufe im internationalen AOG-Geschäft.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Organisation weltweiter Transporte für extrem eilige Flugzeugersatzteile
  • Durchführung der Zollabfertigung für zeitkritische Luftfrachtsendungen
  • Erstellung der für die Zollabfertigung notwendigen Dokumentation
  • Laufendes Transport-Monitoring für zeitkritische Sendungen im internationalen AOG-Geschäft
  • Entwicklung tragfähiger Alternativlösungen in kritischen AOG-Situationen
  • Intensive Kommunikation mit Kunden, internationalen Partnern und Behörden

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Logistikbranche oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Erste Erfahrung als Sachbearbeiter Luftfracht, Luftfrachtspediteur, Speditionskaufmann, Time Critical Operator oder Aviation Logistics Controller im Export oder Import
  • Bereitschaft zu regelmäßiger Schicht- und Nachtarbeit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie gute PC-Anwenderkenntnisse, idealerweise in MS Office und CargoSoft
  • Hohe Belastbarkeit und ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung
