Gesucht wird ein erfahrener Unfallanalytiker / Sachverständiger (m/w/d), der Verkehrsunfälle technisch sauber rekonstruiert und belastbare Gutachten für Gerichte, Staatsanwaltschaften und Behörden erstellt.

Aufgaben

  • Erstellung unfallanalytischer Gutachten zu Straßenverkehrsunfällen für Gerichte, Staatsanwaltschaften, Behörden und weitere Auftraggeber.
  • Rekonstruktion von Unfallabläufen anhand von Ermittlungsakten, Lichtbildern, Spurenlagen, Fahrzeugschäden und technischen Daten.
  • Analyse von Kollisionsabläufen, Plausibilitäten, Geschwindigkeiten, Bewegungsphasen und unfallursächlichen Einflussfaktoren.
  • Eigenständige Fallbearbeitung von der Sichtung der Unterlagen bis zur strukturierten schriftlichen Ausarbeitung.
  • Technische Bewertung von Fahrmanövern, Sichtverhältnissen, Reaktionsmöglichkeiten und biomechanisch relevanten Parametern.
  • Mündliche Erläuterung der Gutachten im fachlichen Austausch mit Gerichten, Staatsanwaltschaften und anderen Beteiligten.

Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium, z. B. in Maschinenbau, Fahrzeugtechnik, Physik, Mathematik oder vergleichbar.
  • Berufserfahrung in der Unfallrekonstruktion, Verkehrsunfallanalyse, Kollisionsanalyse oder als Sachverständiger / Gutachter (m/w/d) ist ideal.
  • Kenntnis unfallanalytischer Methoden sowie sicheres technisches Verständnis für Spurenbilder, Fahrzeugschäden und Bewegungsabläufe.
  • Öffentliche Bestellung und Vereidigung ist willkommen, aber keine Voraussetzung; die Bereitschaft zur Entwicklung in diese Richtung sollte vorhanden sein.
  • Sehr gutes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift für präzise, verständliche und gerichtsfeste Gutachtentexte.
  • Führerschein Klasse B ist erforderlich; weitere Klassen wie Motorrad oder Lkw sind ein Plus.
