Aufgaben

  • Fachliche und organisatorische Führung eines Schichtteams mit bis zu sechs Mitarbeitenden
  • Koordination der Schicht und Sicherstellung eines stabilen Produktionsablaufs an den Extrusionslinien
  • Einrichten, Rüsten und Anfahren von Extrusionsanlagen inklusive Peripherie
  • Überwachung der laufenden Fertigung von Kunststoffprofilen und Halbzeugen
  • Durchführung von Qualitäts-, Freigabe- und Prozessprüfungen
  • Systematische Analyse von Störungen und Prozessabweichungen sowie Einleitung wirksamer Maßnahmen
  • Betreuung, Pflege und einfache Wartung von Anlagen, Werkzeugen und Peripheriesystemen
  • Optimierung von Maschinenparametern, Prozessen und Abläufen zur Steigerung von Qualität und Effizienz
  • Einarbeitung und Unterweisung neuer sowie externer Mitarbeitender in der Schicht
  • Sicherstellung einer sauberen Schichtübergabe und klaren Kommunikation im Team

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Verfahrensmechaniker für Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnik, Fachrichtung Halbzeuge (m/w/d) oder als Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnologe Halbzeuge (m/w/d)
  • Alternativ Ausbildung als Maschinen- und Anlagenführer Kunststofftechnik (m/w/d), Einrichter Extrusion (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar mit relevanter Praxiserfahrung
  • Fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Kunststoffextrusion, idealerweise mit Profilen, Rohren oder anderen Halbzeugen
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung als Schichtleiter (m/w/d), Schichtführer (m/w/d), Teamleiter Produktion (m/w/d) oder in einer vergleichbaren Koordinationsfunktion, aber kein muss!
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Extrusionsanlagen, Werkzeugen und Peripheriesystemen
  • Technisches Verständnis und strukturierte Vorgehensweise bei Fehleranalyse, Störungsbeseitigung und Prozessoptimierung
  • Verantwortungsbewusste, selbstständige und qualitätsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Verbindlicher Führungsstil mit Durchsetzungsvermögen und guter Teamorientierung
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3-Schicht-System
