PolyTALENT besetzt für ein wachsendes mittelständisches Unternehmen im Raum Hamburg eine Position als Servicetechniker Elektrotechnik im Außendienst (m/w/d). Gesucht wird ein praxisnaher Techniker bzw. Elektroniker (m/w/d), der Serviceeinsätze eigenständig betreut und Kunden der Lebensmittelindustrie technisch zuverlässig unterstützt.

Aufgaben

  • Wartung, Instandhaltung und Reparatur von Personalhygieneschleusen bei Kunden vor Ort.
  • Fehlerdiagnose an elektrischen und mechanischen Baugruppen sowie systematische Störungsbehebung.
  • Prüfung von Komponenten, Verdrahtungen und Steuerungen im Rahmen von Serviceeinsätzen.
  • Unterstützung bei Montage und Inbetriebnahme neuer Anlagen gemeinsam mit dem Team.
  • Technische Abstimmung mit Kunden zu Einsatzablauf, Status und erforderlichen Maßnahmen.
  • Rückmeldung an den Innendienst zu Aufträgen, Serviceberichten und Ersatzteilbedarf.

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Elektroniker für Betriebstechnik (m/w/d), Elektriker (m/w/d), Elektroinstallateur (m/w/d), Mechatroniker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar.
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der Elektrotechnik; Erfahrung im Serviceaußendienst, Kundendienst oder Field Service ist von Vorteil.
  • Praxis in der Fehlersuche an elektrischen Anlagen; Kenntnisse in SPS, idealerweise Siemens Logo, sind willkommen.
  • Mechanisches Grundverständnis für Reparaturen, Baugruppenwechsel und Instandsetzungsarbeiten.
  • Bereitschaft zu Einsätzen im norddeutschen Raum mit ca. 2 Hotelübernachtungen pro Woche.
  • Idealer Wohnort im Raum Hamburg oder im südlichen Schleswig-Holstein für effiziente Einsatzwege.
  • Passend für Kandidaten als Servicetechniker (m/w/d), Kundendiensttechniker (m/w/d) oder Elektroniker im Außendienst (m/w/d).
