Gesucht wird ein praxisnaher Servicetechniker / Servicemonteur für Energieanlagen mit Freude an Fehlersuche, Kundenkontakt und moderner Anlagentechnik rund um BHKW, Wärmepumpen und Power-to-Heat.

Aufgaben

  • Wartung, Instandhaltung und Reparatur von Blockheizkraftwerken, Wärmepumpen und Power-to-Heat-Anlagen
  • Systematische Fehleranalyse und Störungsbeseitigung beim Kunden vor Ort
  • Arbeiten an komplexen Systemen aus Mechanik, Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik und Steuerungstechnik
  • Anlagenüberwachung per Ferneinwahl sowie telefonischer Support bei technischen Störungen
  • Durchführung von Serviceeinsätzen bei Stadtwerken, Kliniken und kommunalen Liegenschaften
  • Technische Kundenbetreuung als kompetenter Ansprechpartner im Feldservice
  • Digitale Dokumentation der Einsätze über das interne Servicetool
  • Reisetätigkeit im norddeutschen Raum mit teilweise mehrtägigen Einsätzen und Hotelübernachtungen

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Mechatroniker (m/w/d), Elektroniker (m/w/d), Elektriker (m/w/d), Anlagenmechaniker SHK (m/w/d), Kfz-Mechatroniker (m/w/d), Nfz-Mechatroniker (m/w/d), Land- und Baumaschinenmechatroniker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar
  • Praxis in Wartung, Instandhaltung, Service oder Montage von technischen Anlagen, Maschinen oder Aggregaten
  • Führerschein Klasse B für Einsätze im Außendienst
  • Bereitschaft zu mehrtägigen Reisen
  • Deutschkenntnisse ab B2 für sichere Kommunikation mit Kunden und Disposition
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie Freude an Kundenkontakt und technischer Problemlösung
  • Von Vorteil sind Kenntnisse in Motorentechnik, Inbetriebnahme, MSR-Technik oder IT-/EDV-Anwendungen
  • Auch interessant für Quereinsteiger aus Werkstatt, Instandhaltung oder Kundendienst mit solider technischer Basis

Wünschenswert

  • Berufserfahrung im Service (Quereinsteiger aus der Werkstatt herzlich willkommen!)
  • Motorenkenntnisse und EDV-/IT-Affinität
  • Erfahrung mit Inbetriebnahmen

Wichtig: Fachliche Qualifikation ist wichtiger als Serviceerfahrung – wir arbeiten Sie gründlich ein!
