Für ein etabliertes Unternehmen der Energie- und Gebäudetechnik im Raum Bayreuth suchen wir einen SHK-Meister (m/w/d) oder SHK-Techniker (m/w/d) mit Erfahrung in Wärmepumpen und moderner Heizungstechnik. Die Position verbindet technische Planung, Projektsteuerung und Teamkoordination – mit viel Gestaltungsspielraum und klarer Entwicklung in Richtung Betriebsleitung SHK.

Aufgaben

  • Planung, Auslegung und Heizlastberechnung von Wärmepumpen- und Heizungsanlagen
  • Kalkulation von Projekten inklusive Materialbedarf, Dimensionierung und technischer Vorbereitung
  • Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Baustellenbegehungen im Bereich SHK und Heiztechnik
  • Steuerung laufender Projekte von der technischen Planung bis zur Abnahme und Übergabe
  • Fachliche Koordination von Monteuren, SHK-Team, Subunternehmern und internen Schnittstellen
  • Überwachung von Qualität, Terminen und technischer Ausführung auf den Baustellen
  • Endkontrolle installierter Anlagen sowie Sicherstellung einer sauberen Projektabwicklung
  • Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs Wärmepumpen / Heiztechnik mit Blick auf Prozesse und Standards

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Anlagenmechaniker SHK (m/w/d), Heizungsbauer (m/w/d), Installateur- und Heizungsbauer (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar
  • Weiterbildung zum SHK-Meister (m/w/d), Heizungsmeister (m/w/d) oder staatlich geprüften Techniker Versorgungstechnik / SHK (m/w/d)
  • Alternativ ein erfahrener Altgeselle mit entsprechender Praxis und Konzessionsfähigkeit
  • Erforderlich ist ein Gasschein; ein Kälteschein ist vorteilhaft und kann bei Bedarf nachgeholt werden
  • Praxiserfahrung mit Wärmepumpen, Heizungsanlagen, regenerativen Energiesystemen oder TGA-/HLS-Projekten
  • Erfahrung in Planung, Projektabwicklung, Bauleitung oder technischer Koordination im SHK-Umfeld
  • Strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch
  • Sicheres Auftreten im Umgang mit Kunden, Monteuren, Bauherren und internen Schnittstellen
  • Führerschein Klasse B, Klasse BE ist ein Plus
