Aufgaben

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines Teams mit rund 20 Mitarbeitenden im Bereich Spritzguss
  • Verantwortung für die Spritzgussfertigung inklusive PU-Schäumung und Werkzeuginstandhaltung
  • Sicherstellung von Output, Qualität, Liefertreue und Wirtschaftlichkeit im laufenden Produktionsbetrieb
  • Steuerung des Tagesgeschäfts über Shopfloor-Management und Kennzahlen nach SQDGM
  • Initiierung und Umsetzung von Lean-Projekten zur Prozessverbesserung und Effizienzsteigerung
  • Optimierung von Fertigungsabläufen, Kapazitätsauslastung und Personaleinsatzplanung
  • Begleitung von Neuwerkzeugen von der Spezifikation bis zur Bemusterung
  • Auswertung und Pflege relevanter KPI im Arburg-Leitrechner-System
  • Steuerung von Fertigungsaufträgen und Rückmeldungen im ERP-System

Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Kunststofftechnik, Produktionstechnik oder vergleichbar
  • Alternativ technische Ausbildung als Verfahrensmechaniker für Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnik (m/w/d), Kunststoffformgeber (m/w/d), Werkzeugmechaniker (m/w/d) oder ähnlich – idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker (m/w/d) oder Meister (m/w/d)
  • Praxis in einer Führungsrolle, z. B. als Teamleiter Spritzguss (m/w/d), Schichtleiter Kunststofftechnik (m/w/d) oder Produktionsleiter Spritzguss (m/w/d)
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Kunststoffverarbeitung, Spritzgießen und industriellen Fertigungsprozessen
  • Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung sowie die Fähigkeit, Teams zu motivieren und weiterzuentwickeln
  • Know-how in Lean Management, Shopfloor-Management und kennzahlenbasierter Produktionssteuerung
  • Idealerweise Praxis mit Arburg-Spritzgießmaschinen und Wittmann-Handling-Systemen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie ERP-Systemen, vorzugsweise SAP
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise und hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
