Für ein etabliertes mittelständisches Produktionsunternehmen in Triberg im Schwarzwald suchen wir Sie als Qualitätstechniker Fertigung (m/w/d) zur unbefristeten Festanstellung beim Unternehmen. Sie verantworten Qualitätssicherung, Fertigungsfreigaben und Reklamationsbearbeitung.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Technische Prüfung von Kundenanfragen und Zeichnungen einschließlich Machbarkeit, Werkzeugbedarf und geeigneter Fertigungsverfahren
  • Mitwirkung an technischen Angeboten durch Bewertung von Aufwand und Umsetzbarkeit
  • Durchführung von Fertigungsabnahmen, Prüfungen und Freigaben in der Rohrform- und Rohrbiegetechnik
  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung des Qualitätsmanagementsystems nach ISO 9001, ISO 14001 und IATF 16949
  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Qualitätsabweichungen einschließlich 8D-Reports und Korrekturmaßnahmen
  • Begleitung von Bemusterungen nach PPAP als Schnittstelle zu Kunden, Fertigung und Geschäftsleitung

Ihr Profil

  • Technische Ausbildung im Metallbereich, alternativ Maschinenbaustudium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in Qualitätssicherung, Qualitätsmanagement oder Reklamationsbearbeitung, etwa als Qualitätstechniker, QS-Techniker, Qualitätsfachkraft oder technischer Sachbearbeiter Qualität
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Metallbearbeitung und industrieller Fertigung sowie sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen
  • Realistische Einschätzung technischer Möglichkeiten, des Werkzeugbedarfs und Fertigungsaufwands sowie Bereitschaft zur intensiven Einarbeitung in Rohrbiegetechnik und Maschinen
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise mit Kommunikationsstärke gegenüber Kunden, Fertigung und Geschäftsleitung
