Aufgaben

  • Einrichten, Umrüsten und Anfahren von Spritzgießmaschinen, insbesondere Engel-Anlagen mit 2K-Technik
  • Funktions- und termingerechter Umbau von Maschinen, Vorrichtungen und Entnahmegeräten
  • Programmierung und Anpassung von Roboterentnahmeprogrammen im KUKA-Umfeld
  • Sicherstellung der Betriebsbereitschaft von Anlagen, Aggregaten und Werkzeugen
  • Analyse und Behebung von Störungen im Spritzgießprozess
  • Durchführung prozessbegleitender Werkzeugreinigung und Werkzeugpflege
  • Einrichten von Entnahmegreifern und Vorrichtungen zur Angusstrennung
  • Überwachung von Standards zu Ordnung, Sauberkeit und Arbeitssicherheit im Produktionsbereich
  • Fachliche Unterstützung und Anleitung von Mitarbeitenden im laufenden Schichtbetrieb

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Verfahrensmechaniker Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnik (m/w/d), Kunststofftechnologe (m/w/d), Kunststoffformgeber (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar
  • Berufserfahrung im Spritzguss, idealerweise auch als Einrichter (m/w/d), Rüster (m/w/d) oder Maschinenbediener im Kunststoffbereich
  • Praxiskenntnisse in Maschinen-, Werkzeug- und Verfahrenstechnik sowie in der Herstellung von Spritzgussteilen
  • Erfahrung mit Handling-Systemen, Entnahmegeräten und idealerweise Roboterprogrammierung
  • Kenntnisse in Steuerungstechnik; Erfahrung mit Lackierprozessen ist von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
  • Sicherer Umgang mit EDV-Anwendungen wie Excel, Teams oder vergleichbaren Tools
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3-Schicht-System
