Aufgaben

  • Rüsten, Einrichten und Anfahren von Spritzgießmaschinen für die laufende Serienproduktion
  • Überwachung und Optimierung von Spritzgussprozessen hinsichtlich Qualität, Zykluszeit und Ausschuss
  • Fehleranalyse und Störungsbeseitigung bei Maschinen-, Werkzeug- und Prozessabweichungen
  • Prozessfreigabe sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und Terminvorgaben
  • Unterstützung bei Bemusterungen, Umrüstungen und Produktionsanläufen
  • Anleitung und Unterweisung des Produktionspersonals im Schichtbetrieb
  • Mitwirkung an KVP- und Optimierungsmaßnahmen im Bereich Kunststoffverarbeitung
  • Schrittweise Übernahme von Führungsverantwortung mit Perspektive auf die Schichtleitung

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Verfahrensmechaniker für Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnik Fachrichtung Formteile (m/w/d), Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnologe (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar
  • Auch passend: Erfahrung als Kunststoffformgeber (m/w/d), Einrichter Spritzguss (m/w/d) oder Spritzgießer (m/w/d) mit fundierter Praxis
  • Berufserfahrung im Einrichten, Rüsten und Optimieren von Spritzgießmaschinen
  • Gutes Verständnis für Werkzeuge, Materialien, Prozessparameter und qualitätsrelevante Anforderungen
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Teamfähigkeit und klare Kommunikation im Produktionsumfeld
  • Erste Erfahrung in der Anleitung von Mitarbeitenden ist von Vorteil
  • MS-Office-Kenntnisse sind wünschenswert
  • Bereitschaft zur 3-Schicht
