PolyTALENT besetzt im Rahmen einer Direktvermittlung für ein spezialisiertes Prüfunternehmen eine Position als Werkstoffprüfer ZfP / NDT-Prüftechniker Metall (m/w/d). Gesucht wird eine fachlich versierte Persönlichkeit für die zerstörungsfreie Prüfung metallischer Werkstoffe, Schweißnähte und Bauteile – im Prüflabor sowie bei regionalen Kundeneinsätzen.

Die Rolle passt ideal zu Kandidaten aus der Werkstoffprüfung, Prüftechnik, Qualitätssicherung, Schweißnahtprüfung oder dem technischen Prüfservice, die ihre Kenntnisse in VT, MT, PT oder UT praxisnah einsetzen und ausbauen möchten.

Aufgaben

  • Durchführung von zerstörungsfreien Prüfungen an metallischen Werkstoffen, Bauteilen und Komponenten.
  • Anwendung gängiger Verfahren wie VT, MT, PT und UT im Labor und im mobilen Einsatz.
  • Prüfung von Schweißnähten, Baugruppen und technischen Komponenten auf Fehlerfreiheit und Normkonformität.
  • Bewertung und Dokumentation von Prüfergebnissen nach Normen, Spezifikationen und Kundenvorgaben.
  • Erstellung von Prüfberichten, Prüfprotokollen und Ergebnisnachweisen für interne und externe Auftraggeber.
  • Abstimmung mit Kunden zu Prüfaufträgen, Befunden und technischen Anforderungen vor Ort.
  • Unterstützung der Qualitätssicherung bei der Einhaltung relevanter Regelwerke und Prüfstandards.

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, z. B. als Werkstoffprüfer (m/w/d), Prüftechniker (m/w/d), Werkstoffprüftechniker (m/w/d), Metallbauer (m/w/d), Industriemechaniker (m/w/d), Konstruktionsmechaniker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar.
  • Praxis in der Werkstoffprüfung, zerstörungsfreien Prüfung, Schweißnahtprüfung, Qualitätssicherung oder im technischen Prüfservice.
  • Idealerweise vorhandene Zertifizierungen Stufe 2 in MT, PT, UT und/oder VT.
  • Kenntnisse in ZfP/NDT sowie Erfahrung mit Standards und Anforderungen nach ISO 9712 sind von Vorteil.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit DIN-Normen, technischen Regelwerken und prüfrelevanter Dokumentation.
  • Routine in MS Office für Berichte, Auswertungen und Prüfprotokolle.
  • Führerschein Klasse B und Bereitschaft zu überwiegend kurzen regionalen Kunden- und Tageseinsätzen.
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Englisch ist hilfreich, aber kein Muss.
  • Selbstständige, sorgfältige Arbeitsweise und ein verbindliches Auftreten im Kundenkontakt.
