Für einen seit 1981 etablierten Hersteller von Sonderschrauben und CNC-Präzisionsdrehteilen mit rund 110 Mitarbeitern in Niederstetten suchen wir Sie als CNC-Dreher (m/w/d), in Festanstellung direkt beim Unternehmen. Das Unternehmen gehört zu einer internationalen Unternehmensgruppe und beliefert Maschinenbau, Energie, Luftfahrt und Motorsport.

Aufgaben

  • Rüsten, Einfahren und Bedienen von Traub-Drehfräszentren mit Stangenlader, Haupt- und Gegenspindel und zwei Revolvern, in Früh- und Spätschicht
  • Fertigung von Sonderschrauben, Dreh-Frästeilen und Zeichnungsteilen in Kleinserien, etwa die Hälfte davon Neuteile
  • Zerspanung von Automatenstahl, Edelstahl, Nickelbasis, hitzebeständigen Stählen und Titan
  • Lesen der CNC-Programme des zentralen Programmierers und Anpassen direkt an der Maschine
  • Arbeiten nach Zeichnung mit Werkerselbstprüfung und Umrüsten auf neue Aufträge mehrmals pro Woche

Profil

  • Mindestens 1 bis 2 Jahre praktische Erfahrung an CNC-Drehmaschinen
  • Idealerweise Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker oder in einem anderen Metallberuf, z. B. Industriemechaniker, Werkzeugmacher oder Anlagenführer
  • Sie lesen CNC-Programme und korrigieren sie. Die Traub-Steuerung lernen Sie schnell, auch wenn Sie bisher mit Siemens oder Fanuc gearbeitet haben
  • Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und Eigeninitiative. Sie packen mit an, ohne auf Anweisung zu warten
  • Bereitschaft zur Früh- und Spätschicht
