1. 海外项目全流程财务支持 ：负责海外项目的财务全流程支持，覆盖预算管理、成本管控、跨境税务筹划、出口合规等事项，为业务部门提供财务方案和建议，保障海外项目按计划推进。对外作为财务部门的POC，对内与核算、资金等同事做好协同 2. 经营分析与决策支持 ：定期开展海外项目经营分析，输出成本、毛利、ROI 等专项分析报告，针对云服务等重点费用项输出优化建议，支撑业务决策 3. 流程优化与风险管控 ：优化海外采购付款、跨境结算等财务流程，建立单据查重机制防范跨境财税、资金风险，针对合同付款周期、预付比例等条款提供专业优化建议，提升资金使用效率

  • 具备 5年以上财务工作经验，2年以上财务 BP 工作经验
  • 英文可作为工作语言（含口语），可独立英文对接海外客户
  • 有汽车行业、AI行业等相关行业的工作经验为加分项
  • CPA、ACCA证书等为加分项
  • 有SAP实操经验为加分项
  • 有海外项目对接经验优先，熟悉跨境财税、进出口合规相关规则者优先
  • 具备业务思维，善于沟通，思维灵活，避免传统财务思维模式，能够从业务视角提供财务解决方案
  • 逻辑清晰，可独立完成专项经营分析与成本优化方案输出
  • 具备较强的抗压能力和适应能力，能够应对快速变化的业务环境
