1. 领导约10人规模的技术团队，全面负责自动驾驶车载系统架构设计与核心工具链研发，包括但不限于： - 开发高性能、高可靠性、可扩展的车载系统中间件，满足车载算法模块集成及L4级自动驾驶系统需求； - 构建高置信度仿真系统架构，与算法团队配合实现复杂路测场景的离线复现，支持大规模自动化评测； - 设计系统级性能监控与分析工具，优化计算资源调度及全链路性能瓶颈； - 开发全生命周期日志管理体系，打造从实时记录到场景回放的完整调试工具链； 2. 作为技术负责人主导自动驾驶系统优化，确保时延、稳定性等核心指标达到车规级量产标准； 3. 推行卓越工程实践，主导代码审查、设计评审等质量保障活动； 4. 制定团队技术路线图，平衡短期交付与长期技术积累，参与公司级自动驾驶技术战略规划；

必备条件： 1. 5年以上软件开发经验，1年以上技术团队管理经验（Tech Lead及以上职级）； 2. 深刻理解C++等系统级语言，具备复杂软件架构设计能力； 3. 强烈的结果导向与系统性思维，能根据实施效果动态优化技术方案； 4. 优秀的跨部门协作能力，能推动跨部门技术决策与工程落地； 5. 开放的技术视野与快速学习能力，能在高强度下解决前沿技术难题； 加分项： 6. 熟悉操作系统原理、计算机体系结构及底层优化技术； 7. 有高性能计算系统（如科学仿真引擎/游戏引擎/分布式系统）开发经验。
