1. 计算机相关专业本科以上学历； 2. 熟练掌握Python/C++，具备良好的工程能力和严谨的编程习惯； 3. 熟悉PyTorch/NumPy等深度学习框架和张量运算库； 4. 对深度学习技术充满热情，有从零到一构建模型的经验； 5. 熟悉机器学习基础知识，能够对前沿技术建立自己的知识体系和深入理解； 6. 具备持续学习和自主钻研精神； 加分项 1. 在机器学习/计算机视觉相关的高水平学术会议上发表过论文； 2. 具备出色的算法能力，在ACM/NOI/IOI等算法赛事上取得过名次； 3. 有受到认可的大型开源项目开发经验； 5. 有CUDA/TensorRT等平台上的底层算子开发经验；

方向一：算法工程师 - AI团队 - 端到端感知/基础模型 背景要求：有计算机视觉、3D检测/分割、多传感器融合、目标跟踪、视频理解、多任务训练、基础模型结构设计、模型蒸馏等相关领域的工程或研究经历；

方向二：算法工程师 - AI团队 - 端到端决策规划 背景要求：有轨迹规划/预测、强化学习、模仿学习、生成模型、控制理论等相关领域的工程或研究经历；
