1、负责公司IT/办公体系的建设，如资产管理，桌面支持（办公软件、工具及应用系统类软件），终端管理（Windows，Linux，macOS）等； 2、负责IT信息化策略及相关流程规范的制定和改进，提升公司IT管理水平及工作效率； 3、负责公司的IT资产管理，终端准入和安全策略； 4、负责IT类设备（如多媒体会议音视频设备、飞书和zoom会议系统、FujiFilm打印机、各类门禁与监控设备的安装维护调试上线）及企业办公套件的运维管理及故障处理；

1、熟悉常见的IT资产管理系统，有IT资产管理经验； 2、熟悉桌面终端运维与支持，特别是linux系统下常用命令、工具和服务的配置，能熟练掌握Linux Windows Mac下的系统排障； 3、具备熟练的Ubuntu操作系统批量安装、运维管理和故障处理排查经验的优先，具有RHCSA或其他同等级Linux认证证书的优先； 4、对PXE，KMS等服务的搭建及维护有相关经验，对Ubuntu和Windows系统镜像有相关的定制及优化经验优先，有相关的脚本编写能力优先； 5、具备门禁系统、视频监控系统的日常运维、配置管理及故障排查能力，熟悉相关设备（如门禁控制器、读卡器、摄像头、NVR/DVR等）的安装调试与维护； 6、较强的沟通协调能力、执行力与自驱力，责任心强，有服务意识； 7、有中小型互联网公司IT工作经验者优先；
