1. 测试全流程管理：车载嵌入式软件需求分析、测试计划制定、用例设计、执行与报告输出。 2. 自动化测试开发：使用python编写自动化脚本、搭建测试环境、调试测试用例、代码更新与维护。 3. 缺陷跟踪与协作：发现问题定位问题、推动研发修复，与研发团队协作提升软件质量。 4. 合规性与文档：遵循行业标准（如ASPICE），编写测试文档，经验分享等。 5. 完成主管安排的其它工作

1. 本科及以上学历，电子、自动化、计算机、车辆工程相关专业优先； 2. 熟练使用Linux操作系统，包括基本的命令行操作和shell脚本编写能力 3. 有C++/C/Python开发经验优先，有git/pytest相关工具链使用经验优先； 4. 有车载产品测试经验或是生产测试经验优先，例如中控/域控产品等； 5. 理解汽车电子电气架构，熟悉CAN、以太网，串口、网络七层架构等通信协议； 6. 熟悉新产品导入流程和产品制造流程，对电子产品工艺要求/流程有一定了解； 7. 有较强的沟通能力、判断能力及洞察力，较强的成本控制概念，能有效的进行成本控制；
